Sorry to hear you lost your phone but the only thing Fido can do is block the phone so it will not work on any carrier, you can do so by following the instructions provided by @FidoNick above.
Depending on if your phone is Android or Apple you can try to see if you can locate it using the location my phone feature but you should do this before blocking the phone, see here for Android and here for Apple.
Also, this is a public forum you should not post personal information like your phone number.

Keep in mind you can add a block (and also remove it) via your online Fido account.
To do so:
- Select mobile under the product and services tab
- Choose the number that you want to block
- Select "report lost or stolen device" at the bottom
