hi, 

when do I get an updated if I'm receiving the phone replacement.

  Welcome to the community!

 

  Sorry to hear you've lost your device or it was stolen. I assume you're referring to the Device Protection. Had you already submitted a claim to Likewize? If you haven't, you should be able to submit a claim via your My Account --> View Usage & Manage --> Repair, Trade or Device Protection request (under Other Actions). You should also be able to start a service request and view the status here.

 

  If you wished additional information regarding your request, I believe you would need to contact Likewize as they are the ones who provide the device protection.

 

  You should note this forum is community-driven and no longer intended as a venue for customer services. We would not have access to customer accounts. If you would like to have someone from Fido look into your situation, you would need to contact customer service. They can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter.
