y am i not able to reload online???? so frustrating! site is either sayin technical diificulties of that i have reached my limit on refills? i have a limit??

Sorry this post was missed! I know this is pretty old but I would like to provide some information about the possible cause for this error in case anyone should experience a similar issue. 

 

If you were attempting to refill by credit card, there is a maximum of 10 refills or a total amount of $1000 refilled on the account within the last 30 days. For Interac Online, the maximum amount for refill is $300 per day and $500 per month. There is no maximum account balance when the account is refilled using airtime vouchers.
