Hi, I have a my Fido internet account with the pre-paid mobile account. And recently I cancelled pre-paid mobile acount and change it to the mothly plan. But on the FIDO MyAccount page I still see pre-paid mobile account (cancelled) and could not find how I can add my new mobile account (monthly plan) instead . Can you please help how can I link the new mobile account to my existing internet account and view both bills online? Thanks.

Good morning @nadiya11 , welcome to the community. To link your mobile and internet accounts you will have to contact Fido. Internet and mobile are separate entities so a customer service representative would be able to do that for you. Try reaching out by calling *611 from your device or on social media with Twitter or Facebook and the representatives would be more than happy to assist you. Have a good day, cheers
