Links between Fido Mobile and Internet accounts

I recently closed my mobile account with Fido and ended up with a negative charge on it (meaning there's credit on it). Is there any possibility in transferring that over to my still-active internet account balance?

If you have a credit balance on the cancelled account, we send it to you via a cheque at the mailing address on file within 1-3 weeks. When was your account cancelled?
