I am considering to update my device to iPhone X but when I tried to update the sentence "We're sorry, but we were unable to process your device upgrade because your account's billing address was updated within the past 30 days." came out. I have updated my billing address recently since I moved to a new apartment this September. Is there anyway I can get rid of this limitation online? Thank you

Indeed, for security reasons, you won't be able to place an upgrade online for 30 days after changing the address.
