Interaction id not valid

Hello

my internet and line account was created by an agent on 1st feb 2022. I was told to present interaction id to waive off tablet charges but fido chat agent refuses to acknowledge the interaction id saying its invalid. I have a screenshot as proof of our conversation

But I contacted live chat and they say they can't do anything about it. If this is the customer service I'm going to get I'm afraid I would not want to continue with fido anymore
