Hello there,

 

I want to end my plan since I'm going back to my home country tomorrow, and that means I can't make a phone call because I'm not gonna be in Canada anymore. The bill is already paid for this month and there are 5 days remaing within the billing cycle. Please send me an contact email so I can end my plan. My email address is:

Fido does not provide support by email, you will need to contact customer service to cancel the account you can set up the cancellation before or after you leave. 

 

You can contact Fido even from outside of the country through any of the available methods listed here.

Hello,

I am also going back home on Dec 14 and would like to end my plan starting that day, how can i do that online ?

  Unfortunately, it is not possible to request service cancellations online. As mentioned in the solution, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
