I thought I had resolved an issue through chat and a telephone call, but when I received the email with changes to my account, it did not represent the full discussion. I need a return email address, but of course, there is only a NOREPY@... email address. Is there no customer service email address? Why dont the customer services representatives include their email address when confirming account changes?
