When you call Fido to deal with an issue, do you wait on hold forever only to have the call dropped minutes into the call and no one at Fido calls backs... EVER!?
Then you call Fido back and get into their 1hr long phone customer waiting line only to go thru the issue items all over again because you find out the Fido Rep before took no notes and you have to start from scratch all over again... Then the call drops... again.
