This is directed towards the 'Office of President'.
I have been following up regarding an issue with a service fee for the last 2+ months. I cancelled this service months ago, but I was getting charged. I have already called and chatted with few reps. Not only I didn't receive a call back from a manager or lead, but I was told there has been an attempt and I didn't pick up my phone! This is certainly not true and although I have explained this to the rep who I chattted with on here few weeks ago, he/she didn't bother helping me out with my issue. I have to speak to someone in the office, as this is not the first time I have to take this route. Nobody who's been a loyal customer for over 15+ years should ever experience this. This is not right, and I'm not willing to speak to anybody else who's not from the Office of President, as I have already wasted enough time on this issue.
