If your account was suspended for non-payment you will need to bring the account back in good standing or work out a payment plan with Fido before your suspension is lifted.
Setting up a pre-authorized payment now will only guarantee your invoice gets paid on time in the future.
You should contact customer service and make the payment and they can reactivate your line for you. Also, you should be aware that there is a $35 charge for when your account gets suspended for non-payment see here.
