I have close the account over two months,and received the final bill. I have 193 credit. I contacted with fido customer representative for the credit refund at least three times, everytime they have an excause and said they will send the requst to the financial deparment, i will receive the refund cheque soon. But i still got nothing rigt now. so how can i get my refund? does the fido actually refund credit???

Sorry to hear you are having difficulties getting your final refund.
The refund is sent by cheque to the address on file, It usually takes 3 weeks but can take up to 6 weeks after the final bill is issued not from when you did the cancellation.
I would suggest you send a private message to @FidoSolutions here in the community and a moderator can look into it to see exactly what is going on.
