If you have any questions related to your account, you can contact our customer care channels.
That said, Fido Roam is only billed when you make any usage. This is also validated through the Fido Sim in your card. This includes making/receiving calls, using data, retrieving voicemail, sending sms/mms etc. Should you not make any usage, there will be no charge. We'd also suggest to keep your phone on airplane mode at all times.
