Hi booked a device on Dec 24 through Fido Reservation System. Anyone can suggest what is the possible date for receiving the device

When your device is available, the phone is always sent between 2 to 5 business days.

Since it's been taking way longer for you, your phone might be out of stock. It will be important to get in contact with the customer service to verify your options.

• Thanks for replying. Contacted the fido customer service and they are mostly of no help. They said that they cannot check the Fido Reservation System - possible availability and any specific timeline.
