I made a reservation for an iPad 8 for more than a month now. I am no longer interested in purchasing this device and I cannot get it cancel. I followed all the directions and still cannot see the device area to cancel it.
I really need it cancelled. Why is it so hard to cancel this reservation. Please help and thank you.
