Hi Team,
One of your sales reached me last Thursday and offer me a plan at 32.75 CAD/Month for 20G data which will be applicable for the following two years.
On the phone, he said because of some technical issue, the offer was not applied and the price on the original confirmation in the email is 80CAD/Month. He said it would be fixed but when I checked on my account, it still showed 80CAD/Month today.
I am current with another service provider and just got an email saying the SIM card was posted to one of the purator. I would definitely not change to you if the deal is 80CAD as it is much higher than my current plan. And I would only transfer my number to you after everything is solved.
Called your team regarding the situation also and waiting for your team to reach me out. If the issue was not solved, I would have to keep my original service provided and cancel the order.
