I am really disappointed with the service provided by the Fido/Rogers Winback Team.
After moving from Fido, I received a call from the Winback team and they offered me a deal to bring me back to the Rogers/Fido service.
I accepted the offer and it has been more than 1 month after accepting the offer and I still haven't received my SIM card.
I have been following-up with Fido/Rogers asking them to get me in touch with the Winback team but I haven't been able to get in touch with them after multiple attempts. It seems they don't value their customer.
This is horrible service and I don't know who can help me here (since Rogers and Fido support team are of no use). I am tired of following up.
If someone can assist me at the earliest will be great. I am really fed up now.
