I click "add a new line" a few times in my account, just tried to browse some tablets available. This alert message comes up and and ech time I click "add a new line" again it won't let me continue. What happen? Did I get hit on my credit score? I didn't actually add a new line.

If you click the add a new line option online, it does an internal credit check to make sure you can in fact get the new line. Since the credit check is internal, it has no impact on your credit score.
