I've been trying to contact the office to the President. I was told the billing would be resolved and spoken with Mangement and nothing has been done. I've called in numerous times and was told management would return the call and I have not received a call back. The problem was initiated by mistakes that Fido agents made, and they have not corrected the billing. It's been 2 months! I've been a customer for over 15+ years. This is ridiculous and very poor customer service.
