If you read the chat transcript from Sept 5th you will see how unprofessional fido rep was. And how he lied to me and another rep admit it afterwards. To be treated like when you have wasted your entire day chatting with fido and been a customer for 15 years is so upsetting I want to switch carriers now, I'm going to shop around now to see if other carriers have better to offer me
