I upgraded from iPhone 7 to SE 2020.
added a second line, and the iphone value pack on both plans.
I transferred to the new device
There was no setup now option on the voicemail page.
It does say "no voicemail" instead of "call voicemail"
None of the voicemails I receive show up for either phone line.
I've tried rebooting & resetting network settings.
No one in Fido has been able to help me.

I'm sorry to learn that you're having trouble with your voicemail. We'll do our best to assist you with that!
I'll need to ask you a few questions so I can have a better idea of what's going on :
1. Are you able to access your voicemail by pressing and holding the 1 key, on the phone's keypad?
2. When you reached out to customer service, did they attempt to reset the voicemail feature from their end?
