My problem: I bought a second phone and a plan and agreed to pay the device in installments. But the total amount of the device was taken from my credit card without my consent. When I spoke with the agents, they assured me that next bill will be adjusted (meaning will not show the installments anymore, just the plan). But it did not. The bill actually showed that I still have to pay the installments. I spoke with some more agents, no solution.
