I would like to make a complain. Friday Mar1st I called fido customer service asking for better offer as I ve been with food for 2 years. The representative told me he can give me 10% off and confirmed that. Today I got my bill and no discount applied. I called fido customer service to inquire about that. Another representative looked into my account and said that no discount applies. Are you serious???
Is that how you treat your customers and you are asking me if I recommend you. This is outrageous
