Hello, Just joined the FIDO familly today, could you help me how to change my voicemail from French to English?
I tried with the Chat but got this response:

As already explained, changing the voicemail language is only something which can be done by customer service. However, I understand if you prefer to continue this matter here, in the community. Since changing your voicemail language will require access to your account, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they'll also be able to access your account. Discussing account information in the open community is not appropriate.

I am very perturbed. I have called 3 times did a move to seperate account and have been told i can do it online. My vm is french and i need it english.
Why cant we the user change it. I know in the system it is like a plan change but your parent company rogers allows users to do it themselves, why doesnt fido?
