How can i change my voicemail from french to english

I am very perturbed. I have called 3 times did a move to seperate account and have been told i can do it online. My vm is french and i need it english.
Why cant we the user change it. I know in the system it is like a plan change but your parent company rogers allows users to do it themselves, why doesnt fido?
