How can i change my voicemail from french to english

without calling customer service

Hello, Just joined the FIDO familly today, could you help me how to change my voicemail from French to English? 
I tried with the Chat but got this response: 
Sorry, we're not able to place you in queue as all our Live Chat Specialists are assisting other customers. Please try again later.

Unfortunately, you will need to contact customer service as they are the only ones that can do it, you can try messaging them over social media also, see here for all the different methods to contact them.

  Welcome to the community!

 

  As already explained, changing the voicemail language is only something which can be done by customer service. However, I understand if you prefer to continue this matter here, in the community. Since changing your voicemail language will require access to your account, you might consider sending @FidoSolutions a PM. Once they verify some information, they'll also be able to access your account. Discussing account information in the open community is not appropriate.

I am very perturbed. I have called 3 times did a move to seperate account and have been told i can do it online. My vm is french and i need it english. 

Why cant we the user change it. I know in the system it is like a plan change but your parent company rogers allows users to do it themselves, why doesnt fido?
