Moving soon? Here’s how to update your contact info:


Sign into MyAccount, and select Profile & Settings in the header.


From this page, you can manage the following info:


  • My Account password
  • Recovery contact phone number
  • Email address
  • Home and business phone numbers
  • Account language preference
  • Billing address

To make changes, simply click on the link located to the right of the information you would like to update.


Things to know:


  • A maximum of two changes of billing address per year can be made on Fido Mobile customers are unable to upgrade their device within 30 days of updating their billing address online.
  • If you’re moving to a different region (outside your current local calling area) you may want to change your Fido phone number to avoid long distance charges.
  • If you have enabled the Fido Wi-Fi Calling service available on your device, make sure to update your 9-1-1 emergency address.
  • Internet Customers: in addition to your billing address, you will also need to update your service address when you move. This must be done in a retail store or by contacting customer care.
