how can i get call records details.(what is the procedure to obtain that records?

Fido does not record our calls, no service provider records our calls which would be illegal. 

Fido logs all outgoing numbers we call on our invoice but they do not display incoming callers numbers on the invoice due to privacy reasons, the only way you can get the incoming caller's number is with a court order.

Unless you record the call yourself Fido can not help you.

I could not get back my call logs from 2022. It is not appear in billing. I can see until 2023. How can I check that ? I need that for important witness. Somebody can contact me?

  The bills are available online for up to 18 months after their issuance date (see here). If you require bills which are older than 18 months, you will need to request the bill(s) reprinted. You should note that there is a fee for reprinting bills (see here).

I think he means the records (paper data) for the calls, i.e. what numbers he called and when as well as who called him and when. All this is used for billing too, so they are legally required to keep it.

His question was how to get that info.
