I've been a loyal Fido member for years and to be honest I really like their customer support. However, since last summer, my billings fluctuate (the difference between $1 - $2) when in fact I don't have any add-ons or over my data limit. Shouldn't it be the same every month according to my plan? I'm wondering if this an error from your end?

Hello @gh0stwhit3,
Have you had a chance to look at the full invoice details to see what the extra charges are? I would suggest you look over your invoices and it should be there (see here on how to save/print your full invoice).
Once you see why it is happening and if there are still any discrepancies you can contact customer service to have it sorted out.
