I was recently sent a bill. Whenever I go to pay it, i.e. pay now, nothing happens. Even, when I go to the top of the website and press "Billing and Payments" nothing happens. I can't seem to contact anybody,no e-mail, no telephone number... nothing. What am I supposed to do? Harold
Sorry to hear you are having problems making your payment online, can you try a different browser and see if it helps if not you can also use the IVR system (Interactive Voice Response) to make the payment. you can get the instructions here.
