I am very frustrated by Fido's service. I have called Fido twice about extra charges on my bills, and I was told that their specific department dealing with the issue will call me back. Each time, a schdule for call back was arranged, and of course no one called me back.

Fido is absolutely a joke.
I've called so many times to cancel my account.
I have literal screenshots saying my account is cancelled.
than I go in person to drop off my modem and they tell me it's not cancelled?
I honestly have no clue how they run this scam of a service.
I now have two charges on my account due to the incompetence of Fidos service reps.
absolutely a scam after they told me my account was cancelled more than 3 separate occasions!!!!
never going with Fido again and whoever reads this I hope they don't treat you as terrible. this company is the first company I chose to go with which I highly regret never have I seen such ignorance from such a big company.

There are several ways to reach customer service:
- On the phone (by dialing 611 from your Fido device), you will have a call back option instead of waiting on the line.
- Via live chat on Fido.ca.
- By writing us a private message on our social networks (Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram).
