Hi,
In 2019 I fell for a dumb promotion where I got a tablet "for free" and 2 years of free data on for that new tablet number. I gave the tablet to someone else, and never used the data on that number. Obviously forgot about it and the free 2-years of data expired in 2021. I just realized TODAT that I've been paying 15 months monthly since then.
I NEVER used that data. Is there any way I can dispute those charges? And perhaps get at least some percentage of that back?
This is definitely my fault for not realizing before, but since I never used it, is there any way I can maybe get some of that back?

Hello @hkavassaki,
Any monthly or post-paid accounts will be billed regardless if you use the service or not.

Hi,
I am being charged for the service which I never subscribed and FIDO has billed me for the last couple of months for that.
The bill is showing Prem Device Protection Plan.
For these kind of over billing I have migrated to other carriers for my 2 lines and now planning to switch the last one as well.
Tried calling Customer Care and as usual didn't get any answer after a long hold.
Can you please help in sorting out this issue.
Thanks
