Appreciate my Fido customer service agent

Hello,

I don't where to do the survey or specifically let someone know but the agent who served me over call was Alla.

She was fantastic, friendly, professional and provided excellent service. I just wanted to share my experience with her. This is probably the best service I have received from someone over call. I do have the interaction ID, don't know if it's safe to post here. If needed will post so that she gets her proper recognition!!
