AND NO I DO NOT MEAN THE SPEED LIMITS CLEARLY LAID OUT IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
What I am talking about is that when downloading from my Spotify account, a large volume of data in the form of high bitrate audio, I'm noticing hangs in my data. Flows fine, then stops, then flows fine eventually.
Could be an issue with Spotify, but there is no public policy or bug that would account for it. In the process of confirming there is a less publicly stated one. Thought I'd ask the community since I'm sure I'm not the only one who uses his free hours to load up for tracks to listen to on the commute.
Does anyone have the data rate drop periodically during specifically the free data byte hours? Let me know!

Hey @MattinToronto
This is an interesting situation, thanks for sharing it.
You mentioned that it happens with Spotify, but it doesn't happen with any other App or other large volume of data usage?
Have you also tried it on WiFi if it's available? Does the same thing happen when downloading your music?
