After 20 years I will have to leave Fido because I cant get answers.

I have been a fido customer since the late 90's but now when I need to get some answers I cannot.  Other providers phone me soliciting and I have always turned them down, now I have to turn to them to get answers I need on new hardward and a new plan for multiple users.
