Cancellation

Hello,

 

I’m leaving Canada on June 7th 2020. So I would like to cancel my fido account and service on that day. Would you help?

Hi @iosum,

 

You will have to contact customer support to have the cancellation process.

 

Alsom you should note if you have a credit balance after your cancellation Fido will send you a refund cheque by mail to the address on file after your final invoice has been produced.

 

If you will not be in the country you should let Fido know at that time so they can update your info with your international address so they can mail the cheque to you.

 

If you made your payments by credit card/debit card you can also request the balance be refunded there.
