Hi,
I ported over my number from another service carrier on Fido's website.
Now, I would like to port over 2 other numbers to my account for the -10% additional line(s) and for the waivered activation fee by doing it online promo but I can't seem to find the option to do so. This is odd since I called Fido and the representative told me that I just needed to create another plan and port over the number as I did for mine to add it to my account.
So my quesitons are: Where do I go to port another number to my account on Fido's website?
If not, why is it not possible? The steps should be similar to when I ported my own number over. Would Live Chat be considered online for the buying online promo since it is being processed online?
