I tried to order a new phone in September but after long waiting, I still didn't get track email so I call to ask, and the agent told me that my account is locked because of the security problem, that the order cancel too, then she gave me a number to call so I can unlocked my account, I left my voice message but still not get a call back this day, I don't understand why that situation happen? I just want to order a new phone
