A bit disappointed

Hello Fido 

I'm a bit disappointed. I was offered a $10 discount on my IPhone 12 subsidy of my certified pre-owned IPhone 12 128gb by a Fido agent. Then when I talked to Client retentions said this offer could not be made to me, nor could it be combined with the $10 discount I already have on my plan.

I was really hoping to save some money. I'm hoping someone can do something for me
