I've been a loyal customer for 7 years now, always paid my bill. Even had the same phone for 5 years.
And out of nowhere it stopped working.
So I went to change it , and now theyre charging me 50$ for ''service set up fees''
What a joke.
Had to wait 5 days for a new phone because theres was a ''glitch'' in the system.
So you're telling me I have to pay fees on a service that was not even done proprely.

Hi @Melialexchat , sorry to hear you're unhappy with the service. Not sure if you're aware that you can order a device on the app or at Fido.ca with no service fees. As soon as you have an interaction with a support representative online or in a store, for upgrading your device or changing your plan,a service fee is automatically applied. I'm sorry if you weren't aware of this. Many of the fido kiosks are independent contractors and they should have made you aware of the fee. I hope you've received your device and if you want to speak with someone about the charges you can speak with an agent by calling *611 from your device or reach out by one of the methods mentioned Here. All the best to you
