I spoke to a Fido agent (whose name is Simarjeet) on June 5 who helped upgrade my phone. I got the new phone and i called to confirm the monthly bill the previous agent told me and the agnent confirmed the amonut. I get my Fido bill and its quite high and I called Fido today June 26 to confirm my amount and it turns out the agent who helped upgrade my phone lied to me. My monthly bill plus taxes going forward is 10$ more than what I was told initially and nothing can be done about it. The agent Simarjeet added a note in my account showing that I was told the higher monthly bill but this is so not true. Completely dissapointed!!! I don't like being lied to. It is not fair that I get to pay for the mistake and carelessness of your agent!
