I received the text from Fido saying that I am eligible for the 5gb extra data a month for free for the remainder of my plan, however when i try to use the link to sign up for it nothing happens...
It takes me to my account page but then reloads and i dont see anything that pertains to the extra data.
Any help would be appreciated.

I am also having the same issue. I just recieved a text message regarding the free 5gb data for the next 15 months. However when i click on the link, it brings me to my account home page, with no deals to be found. If someone could help me out that would be amazing.
Yup, I am having the exact same issue. I posted about it last week and don't think I received any reply.
I'm getting a little annoyed at how hard it is to contact Fido customer service regarding this, I see multiple posts going back months with the same issue, you'd think they would have fixed the text by this point..
