relocate cable and modem

Hi,

I have just moved in and used Fido home internet. I want to relocate cable and modem which are in my kid's room. Can Fido send technician to come over and help?

You will need to contact customer service to book the service call, most likely you will have to pay a fee for a service call of this nature.

You also don't need a Fido technician anyone capable of fishing a cable can run the new line for you.
