Hi, I have recently cancelled my fido home internet but I was not told how to return the modem and I cannot find the right option when I call customer service. Can you please help.

Welcome to the community!
You should have gotten an email with a return label to mail the modem back, check your spam/junk folder to see if the email went there.
If you did not get it then you will need to contact customer service and let them know you will need a return label in order to send back the modem.
