Return modem

I want to return the fido internet modem. It has the Puralator label. Should i go to puralator or ups to return it? I tried the post office but they told me to pay. Thanks

If the return label is for Purolator then you will have to drop it off at Purolator, you should be able to schedule a pickup online also see here.
