Hi 

I cancelled my home internrt and need to return the modem 

I went tio fido store they saide they dont accept modemn returns anymore, call customer care 

I called the lady on the other side kept telling me she needs to look into my account ,i am skling for procedure she waisted 15 minutes by saying wait i am looking at your account again and again and had no solution for me

Sorry for the confusion. You do not need to return the modem to us after you've cancelled your home internet. This is detailed on our website here and in other threads on our forums too if you do a quick search. (IE here)
