Would like to participate in Fido refer a friend to home internet, would that count for the promotion in Fido Xtra.

The Fido Community is offered in English and French, but you are correct. The Refer a Friend program requires a mobile line.

The Refer a Friend program is only for Fido mobile, it is not applicable to the Fido home internet.
