I just received the Fido Modem 3 days - after hook up - only 4 light flashing - I 'm waiting @ flashing - but after 2 day I did'nt see any sight of internet - how I can do !?!

Have you tried resetting your modem? Here are some useful instructions
Can you reset the modem by clicking the reset button in the back?
Let me know how that goes!
Did you make sure you have the modem connected to a working cable outlet?
Did you try calling Fido Internet department you can reach out the by calling 1-888-236-FIDO (3436)
