home intenet sucks and so does customer service

I am using fido home internet.Everyday night it stops or slow downs from 10pm to 4 am. When i made a complaint and a person came from FIDO he said that it is normal as all your bandwidth will be used by Rogers.

 

I tried calling customer care and could not connect after waiting for 20minutes. I am going to surrender my connection and switch to some other operator.

 

Please dont go for fido home connection

Can you perform a total factory reset of the modem and router and see how it goes?

How to reset 

 

What will be my ID and password after reset. My fido modem box has no default id pw details. Reply me on my email or call me

Simply insert a thin tool (like a paperclip or a safety pin) into the small hole on the back of the modem and hold for 10 seconds. This will reset the default Wi-Fi network names (SSIDs) and passwords printed on your modem’s label.
