I am using fido home internet.Everyday night it stops or slow downs from 10pm to 4 am. When i made a complaint and a person came from FIDO he said that it is normal as all your bandwidth will be used by Rogers.
I tried calling customer care and could not connect after waiting for 20minutes. I am going to surrender my connection and switch to some other operator.

Simply insert a thin tool (like a paperclip or a safety pin) into the small hole on the back of the modem and hold for 10 seconds. This will reset the default Wi-Fi network names (SSIDs) and passwords printed on your modem’s label.
