Hello Fido Community,
The second light of my modem is flashing. How do I fix this? I've tried the both locations in my home, upstairs and downstairs, both do not work. I tried contacting support which says its 24/7, but I get the pop-up which says they are closed?

Is your internet working properly? Are you able to use the services? Have you attempted to test the speeds? If there are no issues with using your internet, it's possible the light is supposed to flash or blink (see here).
If your internet is not working properly, it could be a separate issue and may or may not be related to flashing/blinking lights.
